• Become a key member of our vibrant team as an Area Sales Manager, where you will significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of Illustra camera sales across both enterprise and commercial segments.
• Provide compelling technical presentations while showcasing the advantages of Johnson Controls’ all-encompassing video solutions to channel partners, end users, and consultants.
• Assist in the expansion of Illustra camera sales within enterprise and commercial sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
• Conduct engaging and technically proficient sales presentations for channel partners, consultants, and end users.
• Advocate for integrated video solutions by clearly conveying essential technical features and their business value.
• Utilize CRM tools to oversee opportunities, monitor pipeline activities, and enhance customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively across various functions to identify customer requirements and create customized solutions that boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take ownership of sales results with a sense of responsibility while maintaining Johnson Controls’ dedication to safety, integrity, and compliance.
• Continuously refine sales strategies by proactively identifying obstacles and implementing effective solutions.
• Cultivate strong partnerships by embracing teamwork and diverse viewpoints among both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in sales, ideally within the technology, security, or video solutions sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to simplify intricate technical concepts into customer-centric messaging.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions effectively.
• Established ability to develop and sustain strong client and partner relationships.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
