This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive revenue growth across multiple hotels by optimizing pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and leading revenue initiatives.
• Act as the commercial strategist for designated properties.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Oversee pricing strategies for transient, group, and wholesale segments.
• Create and execute strategic plans to optimize mix and enhance RevPAR.
• Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Analyze competitor data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Accurately build budgets and forecasts.
• Manage partner platform performance, vendor audits, OTA reviews, and special campaigns.
• Provide executive performance summaries and recaps for owners and executives.
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving ancillary and total revenue.
• Execute rate loading, restrictions, and stop-sell actions across RMS, CRS, PMS, and third-party sites.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure data accuracy and rate integrity.
• Implement promotional offers and digital rate campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of issues related to PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms.
• Maintain content, policies, inventory accuracy, data quality, and system alignment.
• Support the onboarding process for new systems or team members.
• Manage relationships and reporting with third-party partners.
• Prepare ownership reporting decks and performance commentary.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, distribution, and operations teams.
• Maintain historical records and ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Support P&L reviews, budget preparations, owner-facing presentations, and total revenue initiatives.
• Uphold USALI segmentation and audit platform content consistency.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management.
• Multi-property experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in revenue management tools including RMS, CRS, PMS, BI systems, and third-party platforms.
• Experience in managing digital distribution and OTA strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and focused on solutions.
