This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Accountable for executing AFSP’s fundraising and program initiatives within the designated market area.
• Oversee the AFSP Out of the Darkness Community Walks and other sanctioned fundraising activities within the assigned region.
• Responsible for the development and support of the Chapter board and its committees within the market.
• Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote AFSP’s mission, enhance support, and boost participation in AFSP events and programs.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities, including vendor relations, cash handling, expense oversight, and collaboration with the National Office on accounts payable and receivable.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in nonprofit program delivery and peer-to-peer special event fundraising.
• Proficiency in general office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
