Area Business Manager, Integrated Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, develop, and oversee a team of 9–12 representatives specializing in Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios.

• Set clear objectives for the team, hold members accountable to performance expectations, and address underperformance with both directness and compassion.

• Foster a robust team culture centered around engagement, morale, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

• Create and execute strategic business plans for the area that align with national and regional priorities across both therapeutic fields.

• Take ownership of area-level budget responsibilities; plan, organize, and supervise resource allocation to optimize business potential.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales, including at least 3–5 years in a proven leadership role among peers and customers.

• Preferred experience in engaging key thought leaders or influential customers within large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.

• A valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation in the last 7 years will disqualify the candidate.
