Area Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture all team members in the Area in accordance with their roles.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets for essential growth products.

• Formulate annual strategic business plans.

• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles for external candidates.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, business management, and computer skills are essential.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

• Experience in Animal Health and a solid understanding of small animal veterinary medicine.
