• Utilizes extensive knowledge of products, technical aspects, and applications to advocate for all offerings within the Ceilings Division.
• Builds robust connections with leading architects and designers in the designated territory.
• Effectively collaborates with local Ceilings Sales Representatives and Contractor Sales Representatives.
• Employs Salesforce.com to monitor key projects and identify potential opportunities.
• Observes competitive activities and strategically promotes USG’s product lineup.
• Proactively introduces, markets, and trains Architects and Designers on new ceiling products.
• Provides assistance in addressing all technical inquiries related to ceilings.
• Integrates Dimensions of Professional Selling tools throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the building industry or a comparable field.
• Comprehensive understanding of the commercial building process.
• The ideal candidate has established relationships within the specification community.
• Possesses the ability to deliver high-level presentations.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Strong listening abilities coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly developed skills in collaboration.
