This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Accountable for driving profitable growth, enhancing market presence, and fortifying customer relationships within a designated territory.
• Provide support for various Architectural Metals brands and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, glazing contractors, general contractors, distributors, owners, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify new business prospects and assist strategic accounts.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through teamwork with internal departments such as engineering, estimating, operations, and customer support.
• Develop and implement territory plans that align with regional growth objectives.
• Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and AIA-accredited educational programs.
• Maintain active project pipelines and track territory activities using CRM tools.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specification, architecture, construction, or related building products is preferred.
• Experience in glazing, fenestration, aluminum systems, architectural products, or commercial construction environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating cross-functionally.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
