This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Persuade architects and landscape architects to incorporate our systems within their design documentation.
• Collaborate with the internal ORE team for technical support regarding structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Work alongside our internal design team to coordinate custom detailing and integration into project drawings.
• Partner with the ORE Estimating team for take-offs and to review architectural and structural plans for pricing.
• Engage with the ORE Design Development team to create tailored system solutions for specific projects.
• Examine complex architectural and structural drawings to ascertain project requirements.
• Convey performance criteria (wind, structural, irrigation, and drainage) by involving internal experts from Design Development, Engineering, and/or Estimating when technical evaluations are necessary.
• Facilitate the incorporation of lighting, audio, seating, and guardrails into modular systems through collaboration with internal Design Development specialists.
• Oversee long-term projects and the essential steps of the sales process (12–24-month cycles).
• Monitor projects from the design development phase through construction utilizing CRM NetSuite.
• Establish and nurture relationships within the architect–GC–subcontractor triad.
• Conduct Lunch & Learn presentations and educational seminars on ORE products and systems.
• Must meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural product sales, landscape architectural products, site furnishings, building envelope systems, structural systems, architectural metals, or other related construction products.
• Proven track record navigating the architectural sales process, ensuring products are specified, and securing project awards.
• Experience across the complete building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Established ability to lead significant projects while maintaining communication within architectural and GC networks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Technical knowledge of load-bearing systems or structurally attached products.
• Familiarity with relevant codes (IBC, wind load requirements, performance standards).
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software for coordination with internal Design Development and CAD teams.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
• LEED Accreditation is preferred.
• CSI Certification (CDT preferred).
• Experience in delivering AIA CEU presentations.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
