Architectural Project Manager – AU/NZ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• **Responsibilities:**

• - Oversee and guide architectural projects from initial concept through to final construction.

• - Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders on projects in Australia and New Zealand.

• - Supervise the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, documentation, and design outputs.

• - Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and standards in both Australia and New Zealand.

• - Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables effectively.

• - Conduct regular project evaluations to maintain quality, accuracy, and design consistency.

• - Assist in the coordination of BIM workflows (Revit/ArchiCAD) and manage documentation control.

• - Identify and address design and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.

• - Ensure a seamless transition from design to construction phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Qualifications:**

• - 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Australian and/or New Zealand projects.

• - Proven expertise in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination roles.

• - Strong grasp of building codes, standards, and construction processes in Australia and New Zealand.

• - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD (BIM experience is essential).

• - Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

• - Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.

• - Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• - Prior experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments is preferred.

• - **Portfolio** submission is mandatory.
