Architectural Products Specialist – Metals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the creation of specifications and details for decorative metal projects.

• Foster and maintain relationships with outsourced fabricators.

• Assist ISEC teams with queries related to metal types, finishes, and industry best practices.

• Engage in estimating and develop material and assembly details.

• Keep abreast of industry communications regarding price fluctuations and lead times.

• Manage databases of decorative metal fabricators and their estimates.

• Formulate execution plans in collaboration with project teams.

• Address conflicts between specifications and drawings through effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management.

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing commercial decorative metals.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proficient in reading blueprints.

• Solid understanding of commercial construction methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
