This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a design lead in client interactions, transforming customer requirements into effective architectural and equipment planning solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to create and implement design strategies that align with client and project objectives.
• Liaise with Equipment Specialists, clients, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all stages of the project.
• Create comprehensive floor plans that incorporate zoning, adjacencies, circulation, accessibility, life safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Generate precise equipment specification plans for the installation of dental equipment.
• Collect and integrate stakeholder feedback to enhance design results.
• Assist in training and developing Equipment Specialists by providing updates on processes, tools, and resources.
• Engage in collaboration sessions, training, design panels, and departmental updates.
• Foster knowledge sharing and engagement through internal platforms.
• Utilize collaboration and task management tools to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing value-added services and ensuring team and client success.
• Adhere to department policies, standards, and best practices.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in interior architecture, architecture, architectural drafting, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in architectural or interior design with comprehensive knowledge of space planning.
• Capacity to operate as a client-facing design lead, translating needs into practical solutions.
• Strong grasp of zoning, adjacencies, circulation, accessibility, life safety codes, and construction practices.
• Expertise in floor plan development and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and Revit.
• Experience in 3D modeling is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills working with sales, clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• High level of attention to detail and dedication to quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools.

• Willingness to travel, typically less than 10%.
