Architectural Drafting & Rendering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and revise residential remodeling plans utilizing Chief Architect or similar CAD/design software.

• Develop intricate 3D models and photorealistic renderings for client presentations.

• Convert redlines, markups, sketches, and verbal instructions into precise construction drawings.

• Create presentation-ready visuals that effectively convey project designs.

• Modify plans and renderings in response to team feedback and project adjustments.

• Keep project files and documentation well-organized.

• Collaborate remotely with the team to ensure projects are completed accurately and within deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in generating residential construction drawings and 3D renderings.

• High proficiency in Chief Architect (preferred) or other residential CAD/design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp.

• Proven experience in producing drawings and renderings for residential remodeling, renovation, or custom home projects.

• Capability to accurately interpret redlines, markups, sketches, and verbal instructions.

• Solid understanding of residential construction methods and documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Self-driven and adept at working independently in a remote setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
