This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Prepare and modify drafting documents for architectural and construction initiatives.
• Generate precise 3D models and visual representations using industry-standard software.
• Create detailed technical drawings and construction documentation that align with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of design outputs.
• Review and revise drawings and models in response to project updates, feedback, and design modifications.
• Maintain systematic project files and documentation throughout all project phases.
• Assist with zoning and code compliance requirements as necessary.
• Carry out other duties related to the position as assigned.
• Proficient level of English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong professional commitment.
• 3–5 years of experience in drafting and 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with zoning codes and regulations; experience with U.S.-based codes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of various construction types, including concrete, steel, light-gauge, and wood structures.
• Proficiency in Revit (essential and regarded as the most critical software for this position).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Lumion.
• Strong work ethic, along with a high degree of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Creative thinker, highly adaptable, dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Positive demeanor and the capacity to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to established processes accurately with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust to business needs.
