Architectural Designer, Documenter – ArchiCAD Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create precise 3D site models utilizing survey data

• Accurately interpret contours, levels, boundaries, and setbacks

• Execute design revisions based on company feedback

• Convert directives into coordinated plans, sections, elevations, and model updates

• Generate comprehensive documentation

• Prepare drawings with clear, construction-ready details

• Develop interior elevations with accurate joinery and finish integration

• Evaluate and incorporate schedules into drawings

• Detail finishes, fixtures, joinery, and related elements

• Uphold rigorous drawing standards

• Adhere to company documentation protocols, file organization, and presentation guidelines

• Implement Australian Standards and NCC regulations

• Ensure drawings comply with principles relevant to residential construction

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communicator eager to join a close-knit team

• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD, non-negotiable

• At least 5 years of experience in architectural documentation

• Strong understanding of residential construction, including detailing and setout

• Demonstrated ability to produce interior elevations and coordinated drawing sets

• Familiarity with NCC and pertinent Australian Standards

• Exceptional accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

• Capable of working independently, interpreting intent, and reducing the need for revisions
