This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and revise Revit models, drawings, and documentation packages for ongoing projects.
• Assist in the preparation of architectural documentation throughout the design development and construction documentation stages.
• Help prepare plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings that meet project standards.
• Accurately integrate mark-ups, design modifications, and consultant information into project documentation.
• Facilitate the coordination of drawings and model information with both consultants and internal team members.
• Aid in assembling drawing packages that are precise, coordinated, and in line with project deadlines.
• Contribute to the upkeep of documentation quality, consistency, and presentation standards throughout project work.
• Assist project teams with revisions, updates, and ongoing documentation tasks as projects evolve.
• Support the generation of presentation materials and drawing outputs as needed.
• Ensure drawing accuracy, file organization, and version control across all project documentation.
• Collaborate across multiple projects and support teams as priorities change.
• Play a role in the timely submission of coordinated documentation packages.
• Perform other duties related to the position as they arise.
• 2-12 years of experience in an architectural role.
• Proficient in Revit, with the ability to efficiently produce architectural drawings and documentation.
• Familiarity with Class 2 multi-unit residential, mixed-use, or similar project types is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in supporting design development and construction documentation phases.
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation principles, detailing, and consultant coordination.
• Ability to interpret mark-ups and accurately integrate consultant information into project documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining documentation quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respond positively to direction in a remote support setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage documentation tasks across multiple deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant project and documentation experience is required.
• Revit proficiency will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process.
