This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

• Create detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies, for Department of Buildings approval.

• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution.

• Generate high-quality 3D renderings utilizing Lumion as the primary software.

• Develop thorough schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.

• Accurately model and maintain Revit models to ensure adherence to architectural and construction standards.

• Confirm that all designs comply with codes, meet client expectations, and adhere to project timelines.

• Tag and annotate drawings to effectively convey design intent and construction requirements.

• Oversee and manage project documentation and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced English proficiency: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient level.

• Strong and verifiable background in engineering or architecture, along with relevant experience.

• Familiarity with design software tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.

• Capability to perform drafting, layout work, and basic calculations related to all construction details.

• Prepare drawings based on provided plans and sketches.

• Provide timely updates regarding drawing completion and workload management.

• Required experience and proficiency in drafting, including the use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for drawings.
