• Act as the main technical liaison between leadership and specialized teams, incorporating design updates across all departments.
• Assess and modify architectural layouts to enhance circulation and area efficiency while maintaining the aesthetic narrative.
• Collaborate with external vendors, fabricators, and consultants to guarantee that design specifications are fulfilled during the execution stage.
• Organize all technical information for smooth handovers between teams or for the reactivation of previously paused projects.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp or Rhino
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of zoning, building codes, and engineering coordination
• Capability to comprehend how architectural details influence the overall master plan
• Experienced in managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Skillful in translating business needs into clear directives for design teams and vendors
• Quick to suggest spatial solutions for terrain or budget-related challenges.
