Arborist Trainee – Climber

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manual removal of vegetation from work sites

• Application of pesticides

• Safely operating various forestry machinery (skidders, mowers, chainsaws, ATVs)

• Executing line clearance, pruning, and removals

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work 45 hours each week

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent

• Must hold a current and valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Must be capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions

• Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the role (e.g., walking on uneven terrain, lifting 75 lbs.)

• Must be willing to work at various heights

• Must be eager and capable of learning to operate a bucket truck & equipment safely

• Must be willing and able to acquire a CDL A or B license

• Must be prepared to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses & certifications to advance in your career

• Must successfully complete a post-offer physical and drug screening, along with a background and motor vehicle check.
