Arbitrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Resolving and adjudicating payment disputes

• Evaluating documentation and overseeing case files

• Assessing dispute-related information and soliciting further details when necessary

• Maintaining impartiality and drafting clear determinations within specified timeframes

• Partnering with technical and legal experts to make informed decisions

• Investigating jurisdictional and substantive matters

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate is preferred

• Certification in Arbitration is preferred, with a requirement to obtain it within the first year

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven work setting

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team as well as work independently

• Proficient in utilizing various systems, including SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
