This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist consumers by thoughtfully engaging and addressing inquiries related to their healthcare benefit requirements
• Respond to incoming calls from clients
• Perform research across various systems to resolve inquiries
• Offer clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a set schedule, including assigned breaks and lunches
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customers' needs
• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A designated home workspace that is free from distractions
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps)
