This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Thoughtfully engage with customers to identify their needs

• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries

• Offer clear and accurate information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options

• Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring quality and professionalism

• Adhere to a set schedule, including specified breaks and lunches


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Excellent empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps)
