Apps AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement architectures for AI-native applications that incorporate AI models (LLMs, predictive systems, and agentic systems) into application workflows, facilitating reasoning, automation, and contextual decision-making.

• Lead the development of UI/UX flows, user-facing AI interactions, conversational interfaces, and AI-enhanced user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

• Transform legacy and digital applications by integrating AI capabilities that promote modernization, optimization, and transformation within application portfolios.

• Create modernization frameworks utilizing AI for architecture discovery, business-rule extraction, and application rationalization.

• Integrate intelligence into re-platformed or refactored applications to achieve genuine AI-native modernization.

• Design solutions that convert legacy applications into contemporary Java, .NET, microservices, or cloud-native platforms while maintaining essential business rules and logic.

• Collaborate with delivery and support teams to embed AI in software engineering, testing, incident management, and observability, enhancing efficiency, resilience, and proactive operations.

• Assess, integrate, and optimize AI-assisted tools (such as code translators, test generators, and documentation bots) within modernization pipelines to accelerate project delivery.

• Formulate strategies to integrate modernized applications into enterprise ecosystems, focusing on APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud environments.

• Design and implement AI-centric Proofs of Value (PoVs) to validate new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches for clients.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, shape proposals, and communicate the business benefits of AI-native transformation.

• Develop frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures to promote the adoption of GenAI and LLM-enabled solutions across various accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Application Architecture, Engineering, or Digital Transformation, with at least 2–3 years focused on AI/ML or GenAI implementation.

• Extensive experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable LLM platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of modern UI/UX architecture, responsive front-end design, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent.

• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Java, with experience in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and API orchestration.

• Familiarity with leading AI-assisted productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini Code Assist, and GitHub Copilot.

• Knowledge of observability and AIOps platforms including DataDog, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Splunk AIOps, and ServiceNow AIOps.

• Practical experience with LLM-based ITSM agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.

• Experience with MLOps/GenAIOps for ongoing model enhancements in modernization projects.

• Robust background in application modernization (including re-platforming, containerization, microservices, and cloud-native design).

• Strong understanding of legacy technologies such as Mainframe, Java, and .NET.

• Familiarity with PromptOps, model observability, AI lifecycle management, and related operational frameworks.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing engagement capabilities.
