Apprentice Revenue Cycle Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist with Epic Configuration: Provide support for the customization and setup of Epic applications to align with organizational requirements.

• Workflow Analysis: Analyze and document clinical and administrative workflows to gain insight into system needs.

• Testing & Validation: Engage in testing new releases, upgrades, and patches to verify accuracy and functionality.

• End-User Support: Aid in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate more complex problems to senior analysts.

• Training Support: Aid in the development of user guides and training materials for staff members.

• Documentation: Keep thorough records of system modifications, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to acquire best practices in healthcare IT.

• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance analytical and technical capabilities.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates with some experience in PB/HB are strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Epic Resolute PB is mandatory or must be achieved within 60 days of employment.

• A keen interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and ongoing learning.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and EHR systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• High level of computer literacy and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to follow instructions accurately.

• All candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before advancing to the team interview.
