This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Shadow experienced Engineers while aiding in the maintenance and repair of lifts.
• Participate in distance learning courses and complete assignments punctually and to a high standard.
• Attend training and mentorship sessions both in-person and online.
• Engage in a minimum of 20% off-the-job training.
• Exhibit the skills and behaviors expected of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
• Cover a designated area that includes Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
• Minimum GCSE Grade 4–9 (A–C) passes in both Maths and English.
• Strong interest in engineering or relevant practical experience in a similar role.
• A valid driving license or actively working towards obtaining one.
• Enthusiasm for electronics and mechanics, or prior experience in a mechanical/electrical position.
• Must hold appropriate rights to work.
• Sponsorship is not an option.
• Starting salary of £17,679, subject to regular reviews based on performance.
