This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Input and validate new assignments while proactively overseeing projects, including managing cycle times.
• Keep comprehensive documentation and regularly update the status of files.
• Relay project updates to clients and provide timely proactive communication.
• Allocate, oversee, and monitor field appraisal teams effectively.
• Work in tandem with the Quality Assurance team to guarantee a high-quality final product.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email, evaluate client requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with field teams.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Examine appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process invoices according to contractual obligations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide insights on operational challenges and inefficiencies to facilitate process enhancements.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Experience with insurance claims is preferred.
• Knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Capability to stay calm, focused, and effective in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to precise and thorough file documentation.
• Ability to collaborate and share job management responsibilities within a team setting.
• A growth mindset with a readiness to propose enhancements and promote open communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with a quick aptitude for learning internal systems.
