Appraisal Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise the preparation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties based on assigned work requests.

• Manage travel arrangement needs and related expense reports.

• Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.

• Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and issued Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.

• MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, is required.

• Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal is essential.

• Valid driver's license and capacity to travel easily between states.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desired.

• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams, are required.

• Active Certified General Appraiser License is mandatory.
