This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Supervise the preparation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.
β’ Regular travel to on-site properties based on assigned work requests.
β’ Manage travel arrangement needs and related expense reports.
β’ Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.
β’ Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.
β’ Active and issued Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.
β’ MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.
β’ Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, is required.
β’ Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal is essential.
β’ Valid driver's license and capacity to travel easily between states.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desired.
β’ Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams, are required.
β’ Active Certified General Appraiser License is mandatory.
β’ All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed by PVA, in accordance with our Travel & Expense policy.
