This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Supervise the creation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.
β’ Regular travel to on-site properties in response to assigned work requests.
β’ Manage travel arrangements and related expense reports.
β’ Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, foster innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.
β’ Possession of an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
β’ MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.
β’ Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, is required (though not mandatory).
β’ A strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal.
β’ Valid driver's license and ability to travel easily between states.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desirable.
β’ Previous experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams.
β’ Active Certified General Appraiser License is required.
β’ All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed by PVA, in accordance with our Travel & Expense policy.
