This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties in response to assigned work requests.

• Manage travel arrangements and related expense reports.

• Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, foster innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.

• MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, is required (though not mandatory).

• A strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel easily between states.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desirable.

• Previous experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams.

• Active Certified General Appraiser License is required.
