This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Communicate with clients to relay appointment details, reminders, and follow-up information.

• Keep precise appointment records and update scheduling systems accordingly.

• Address customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance related to appointments and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure appointments are organized and executed properly.

• Monitor appointment calendars to identify any scheduling conflicts or necessary changes.

• Follow up with clients regarding missed appointments, cancellations, and upcoming visits.

• Accurately enter and maintain client information in company databases and CRM systems.

• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation as required.

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.

• Engage in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate’s degree is a plus).

• Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication abilities with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple appointments and priorities.

• Comfortable utilizing scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to work autonomously.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
