This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to home improvement contractors utilizing provided lead lists.
• Clearly and confidently introduce LHI while assessing each contractor's level of interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments on the calendars of the sales team.
• Accurately log every call and appointment in HubSpot.
• Achieve weekly targets for conversations conducted and appointments arranged.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or phone sales is preferred.
• A clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a consistent daily routine.
• Organized and reliable — you document your work and keep the calendar filled.
• Open to coaching and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable working with a CRM (experience with HubSpot is an advantage).
• Self-motivated and trustworthy, particularly in a remote work environment.
• Bonus points for background in home improvement, contracting, home services, or financing.
• Hourly base pay of $20.
• Originator bonus — receive a bonus for each qualified appointment that the prospect attends.
