This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents, teams, brokers, and brokerages during business hours in the Pacific Time zone.
• Create interest in innovative marketing, website, branding, and AI-driven solutions tailored for real estate firms.
• Establish rapport with decision-makers through articulate, professional, and confident dialogue.
• Assess prospects by understanding their business requirements, existing marketing hurdles, and potential compatibility.
• Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team and supply useful context prior to each meeting.
• Adhere to provided scripts and sales methodologies while ensuring conversations remain natural and engaging.
• Keep precise notes, call results, and prospect status updates in the company's tracking system.
• Professionally manage objections and maintain a positive tone in conversations, even when prospects are not inclined to proceed.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Provide feedback from calls to enhance messaging, targeting, and sales materials.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, or lead generation.
• Exceptional spoken English with clear, professional, and easily comprehensible communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and the self-assurance to engage with business owners and professionals.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the workday conducting outbound cold calls.
• Capability to follow scripts, assimilate sales processes, and apply coaching swiftly.
• Dependable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
• Resilience in the face of rejection and the ability to maintain consistency throughout the day.
• Familiarity with real estate agents, brokers, brokerages, or real estate marketing.
• Experience with CRMs, dialers, spreadsheets, or call-tracking tools.
• Interest in websites, branding, marketing, SEO, paid advertising, or AI-driven business tools.
