This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to warm inbound leads generated through platforms such as Facebook, website inquiries, and various marketing initiatives.
• Connect with prospects through phone, email, SMS, and other necessary communication methods.
• Conduct initial qualification discussions to assess the prospect's background, level of interest, business objectives, availability, and fit for franchise ownership.
• Offer a comprehensive overview of the franchise opportunity and address basic questions.
• Foster relationships and maintain regular follow-up with prospects who are not yet prepared to move forward.
• Arrange consultations for qualified prospects with the onshore Franchise Sales team.
• Keep precise records of all interactions, notes, and appointment results within the CRM system.
• Oversee lead pipelines and ensure prompt follow-up on all assigned inquiries.
• Reconnect with aged or inactive leads to gauge renewed interest.
• Achieve or surpass targets for contact rates, qualified appointments, and appointment attendance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee a seamless transition of qualified prospects.
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound calling, or inside sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Experience working with clients from Australia or New Zealand is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to quickly establish trust and rapport over the phone.
• Confident in managing objections and keeping discussions centered on securing appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate lead records.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
