Appointment Setter, Outreach Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct daily outreach across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, and direct messaging channels, to initiate conversations with practitioners and secure interview opportunities.

• Oversee outreach follow-ups, scheduling, confirmations, and interview coordination to ensure a steady interview pipeline.

• Foster the growth of the free directory membership funnel and aid in converting qualified practitioners into paid editorial memberships.

• Keep precise records of pipeline stages, outreach activities, follow-up schedules, and reporting within CRM systems.

• Assist in audience and platform growth initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing channels.

• Monitor interviews and partnerships throughout the entire content lifecycle, from scheduling to publication and promotional phases.

• Engage in video calls and professional outreach discussions with practitioners, practice managers, and executive assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales development, partnerships, appointment setting, or outbound revenue roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in managing outreach and building relationships across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

• Proven ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and sales activities from initial contact through to conversion.

• Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms to track activities, deal stages, and outreach reporting.

• Capability to compose clear, professional, and personalized outreach messages for social media and email communications.

• A strong preference for candidates with an interest or familiarity with aesthetics, beauty, wellness, cosmetic medicine, or healthcare-related industries.
