• Arrange appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for the internal team.
• Maintain and update opportunities within the company's tracking system or CRM.
• Follow up with leads as necessary to verify details, appointments, or subsequent steps.
• Offer basic information about services and assist customers during the initial inquiry phase.
• Recognize light upselling opportunities when customers may benefit from additional services.
• Keep precise notes on customer interactions, project specifics, and follow-up obligations.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service Representative, Sales Support Specialist, or in a similar capacity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in managing inbound calls.
• Experience in qualifying leads and posing discovery questions.
• Proficient in scheduling appointments and handling follow-ups.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented when it comes to tracking customer information and opportunities.
• Capable of communicating in a warm, professional, and clear manner with homeowners or potential clients.
• Comfortable with light upselling and identifying customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling applications, spreadsheets, or comparable systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes.
• Previous experience in home improvement, construction, renovation, real estate, or service-oriented businesses is a plus, though not mandatory.
