This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Follow up on cold email initiatives with assertive outbound calling to transform outreach into scheduled meetings.

• Confirm receipt of emails and swiftly identify the appropriate decision-maker for stormwater maintenance and repair requirements.

• Assess basic compatibility (who holds decision-making power, current vendor situation, timing, interest) and direct the opportunity to the sales team.

• Schedule meetings with precision and ensure the sales team is equipped with accurate notes and correct contact information.

• Establish initial relationships that facilitate the business becoming an approved vendor with target organizations.

• Utilize Smartlead.ai daily to oversee outreach tasks, update records, and maintain organized activity.

• Assist with light SDR responsibilities as needed (LinkedIn direct messaging, contact enrichment, list maintenance).

• Offer occasional administrative and operational support to ensure the outreach process runs efficiently.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Exceptional verbal communication and a professional phone demeanor when engaging with U.S.-based B2B contacts.

• Practical experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment scheduling.

• Capability to consistently complete around 100–110 calls daily while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Confidence in conversing with decision-makers in property management and community operations.

• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to follow-through.

• Experience in B2B sales development or lead generation (Preferred).

• Background in SDR support (lead enrichment, contact research, LinkedIn outreach) (Preferred).

• Knowledge of commercial property management, construction, stormwater, or related services (Preferred).

• Experience with tools like Smartlead.ai or lightweight CRMs (Preferred).

• Willingness to take on additional operational responsibilities as the role develops (Preferred).
