Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct 100 outreach activities daily through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) following a structured weekly penetration strategy.

• Attract qualified prospects to take advantage of their complimentary Beauty Seek Directory page.

• Ensure that listings are fully completed and submitted as the initial step in the editorial conversion process.

• Transform discussions into recorded interviews.

• Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and attendance to achieve weekly interview completion goals.

• Reconnect with interview guests and qualified prospects to promote editorial membership packages, including individual reports and premium options.

• Maintain organized pipeline stages, follow-up schedules, and activity reports across outreach efforts, interviews, and finalized editorial memberships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in appointment setting, business development, sales development, partnerships, or outbound revenue positions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Capability to craft clear, engaging outreach messages for email and Instagram.

• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact to completed sale.

• Proficient in utilizing a CRM to monitor activity, follow-ups, and deal progress.

• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, particularly for outreach to international providers or brands.

• Bonus: Knowledge of the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical fields.
