• Engage in follow-up activities for cold email campaigns by confidently making outbound calls to convert outreach into scheduled meetings.
• Verify email receipt and swiftly identify the appropriate decision-maker for stormwater maintenance and repair requirements.
• Assess basic compatibility (decision ownership, current vendor situation, timing, interest) and direct the opportunity to the sales team.
• Accurately arrange meetings and ensure the sales team receives thorough notes and accurate contact information.
• Develop early-stage relationships that assist the business in becoming an approved vendor with targeted organizations.
• Utilize Smartlead.ai on a daily basis to manage outreach tasks, update records, and maintain organized activity.
• Assist with light Sales Development Representative (SDR) tasks as necessary (including LinkedIn direct messaging, contact enrichment, and list organization).
• Provide occasional administrative and operational support to ensure the outreach process runs smoothly.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor when interacting with U.S.-based B2B contacts.
• Practical experience in making outbound calls, cold calling, or setting appointments.
• Ability to consistently achieve approximately 100–110 calls per day while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfortable engaging with decision-makers in property management and community operations.
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
• Experience in B2B sales development or lead generation (preferred).
• Experience supporting SDR activities (lead enrichment, contact research, LinkedIn outreach) (preferred).
• Familiarity with commercial property management, construction, stormwater, or related services (preferred).
• Experience using tools like Smartlead.ai or lightweight CRMs (preferred).
• Willingness to take on additional operational responsibilities as the role evolves (preferred).
