This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Make professional outbound calls to retail merchants in the US.
• Identify key decision-makers and evaluate business opportunities.
• Effectively present our value proposition.
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
• Keep thorough records in our CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass monthly appointment goals.
• Work alongside the sales team to enhance conversion rates.
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Proven experience in a B2B sales setting (2+ years).
• A strong work ethic with a history of consistent performance.
• Professional phone demeanor and excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient with technology and experienced in using CRM systems.
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
