This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to evaluate potential opportunities
• Schedule approximately 100 calls each month (averaging 4–5 per day)
• Drive over 15 qualified closed sets each month
• Ensure a seamless transition to closers with thorough notes
• Maintain a show rate of over 70% and a close rate exceeding 25%
• Perform structured follow-ups via email, SMS, Loom, etc.
• Reconnect with warm leads and focus on high-intent prospects
• Document all activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM (Close.io or similar)
• Keep pipeline hygiene intact and complete daily reporting tasks
• Adhere to and enhance scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
• Take part in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching
• Work collaboratively with closers and marketing to assess lead quality and performance
• Contribute to SOPs and provide insights on objections, trends, and lead quality
• 1–3+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or sales development
• Preferred experience in high-ticket or service-oriented sales
• At least 1+ year of experience with Amazon (mandatory)
• Strong charisma and confidence during calls
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong discipline in CRM usage
