Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily outbound calls utilizing tailored lead lists

• Respond to incoming inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Clearly and confidently present client services

• Establish trust within the first 30–60 seconds of each call

• Assess leads based on interest, suitability, and timing

• Schedule discovery calls with Sales Representatives

• Confirm appointments through email or SMS

• Record all calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM system

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with a minimum of 3 touchpoints per lead

• Keep records organized, clean, and actionable

• Acquire a thorough understanding of client services

• Convert features into tangible value for prospective clients

• Recognize common objections and inquiries

• Provide feedback to enhance scripts and messaging

• Achieve key performance metrics such as contact rate, engagement rate, and show-up rate

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation, cold calling/appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel technology

• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, including Sales Navigator

• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence on the phone

• Willingness to work US hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH time)

• Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work

• Reliable internet connection and stable home office setup

• Experience with international clients is advantageous

• A proven history of booking qualified appointments is a plus
