This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Dial and Smile: Engage with prospective clients using your engaging personality to schedule appointments effortlessly.
• Calendar Conqueror: Oversee schedules with the meticulousness of a Swiss watchmaker.
• Follow-Up Fanatic: Ensure every appointment is attended to with prompt follow-ups to leads and sales team members.
• Team Player: Work alongside our sales teams and partners to drive SaaS revenue.
• Contacting Customers: Dedicate approximately 6 hours each day to outreach through phone, email, SMS, video calls, and a dialler.
• Following Up on Leads: Leave no lead untouched. Over a 14-day span, our intuitive system will assist you in making calls, sending SMSs, and emails to thoroughly engage every lead.
• Building Relationships: Grasp the objectives and challenges faced by NZ business owners.
• Training and Improving: Allocate about 1 hour daily to enhance your understanding of Thryv software and refine your communication skills through daily huddles, team meetings, call calibration, and personalized coaching.
• A positive, motivated personality (we can teach sales, but we can’t instill attitude).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for relationship building.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
• A fundamental understanding of business terminology (customers, invoices, profit—you know, the basics).
• Prior sales or call center experience is advantageous—but not mandatory.
