This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Dial and Smile: Engage potential clients with your charismatic demeanor and expertly schedule appointments.
• Calendar Conqueror: Oversee scheduling with the accuracy of a Swiss watchmaker.
• Follow-Up Fanatic: Guarantee that no appointment is overlooked by conducting timely follow-ups with both leads and sales team members.
• Team Player: Work in tandem with our sales teams and partners to drive SaaS revenue.
• Contacting Customers: Dedicate approximately 6 hours each day reaching out through phone, email, SMS, video calls, and a dialler.
• Following Up on Leads: Leave no stone unturned. Over a 14-day timeframe, our intuitive system will assist you in making calls, sending SMSs, and emails to ensure every lead is thoroughly addressed.
• Building Relationships: Grasp the goals and challenges of Australian business owners.
• A positive, motivated personality (we can teach sales skills, but we can’t teach attitude)
• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for relationship-building
• Proficient with technology and eager to learn new systems
• A fundamental understanding of business terminology (customers, invoices, profit—you know the basics)
• Previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus—but not required
