Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Dial and Smile: Connect with potential clients using your engaging personality and arrange appointments like an expert.

• Calendar Conqueror: Oversee schedules with the accuracy of a Swiss watchmaker.

• Follow-Up Fanatic: Make sure no appointment is overlooked with prompt follow-ups to leads and sales team members.

• Team Player: Work in tandem with our sales teams and partners to generate SaaS revenue.

• Contacting Customers: Devote approximately 6 hours each day to outreach via phone, email, SMS, video calls, and a dialler.

• Following Up on Leads: Leave no stone unturned. Over a 14-day timeframe, our intuitive system will assist you in making calls, sending SMSs, and emails to ensure every lead is thoroughly addressed.

• Building Relationships: Grasp the objectives and challenges faced by Aussie business owners.

• Training and Improving: Allocate around 1 hour daily to enhance your understanding of Thryv software and develop your communication skills through daily huddles, team meetings, call calibrations, and one-on-one coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• A positive and motivated personality (we can teach sales skills, but we can’t teach attitude).

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for fostering relationships.

• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.

• A basic grasp of business terminology (customers, invoices, profit—you know, the standard).

• Previous experience in sales or a call centre is a plus—but not mandatory.
