This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Initiate and oversee outbound outreach initiatives (including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn) to discover new prospects.
• Interact with both warm and cold leads to assess interest and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers.
• Participate in discovery calls with potential clients.
• Manage CRM data: ensure precise recording of leads, calls, emails, outcomes, statuses, and subsequent steps.
• Assist in sales operations: create presentations, manage email communications, document follow-up interactions, and facilitate a smooth sales funnel.
• At least ~1 year of practical experience in sales support, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting (ideally in a staffing/recruiting context).
• Comfortable with making outbound calls, initiating contact, dealing with rejection, and persisting to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) and outreach platforms (like Apollo, HeyReach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Outstanding verbal communication and persuasion abilities, as you will be engaging with North American clients and prospects.
• Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level is required.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technologically adept and enthusiastic about learning new tools, methods, campaigns, and metrics.
