This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Request medical records from hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare entities.
• Maintain constant communication via phone and email with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and attorneys.
• Continuously follow up on pending requests to ensure optimal delivery times.
• Utilize medical record portals and EMR systems to send, track, and update requests.
• Keep accurate documentation of all communications and the status of each request.
• Verify that received records are complete and correct before forwarding them to the physicians.
• Prioritize urgent requests based on the needs of healthcare providers.
• Advanced English proficiency C1 (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a Contact Center handling a high volume of calls.
• Proven knowledge of HIPAA regulations (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in digital tools, online portals, and electronic systems (EMR).
• Ability to manage ongoing follow-up and prioritize tasks effectively.
• 100% remote contract.
