This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
• Present services and solutions while effectively conveying their value and relevance.
• Assess client requirements and qualify leads prior to arranging appointments.
• Update and maintain CRM systems with precise lead and interaction information.
• Organize and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to synchronize outreach strategies.
• Regularly achieve or surpass outreach and appointment-setting objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business or Healthcare-related fields).
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
• Background in healthcare, medical supply, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and VoIP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Self-driven, confident, and focused on results.
• Able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced work environment.
