Applied AI Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customer leadership to pinpoint, quantify, and report on value targets related to productivity improvements and financial outcomes.

• Ensure smooth operations and delivery for the entire customer program in close collaboration with the Cognition account team.

• Provide visibility to both customer and Cognition stakeholders regarding playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics.

• Foster customer relationships and build trust through effective delivery.

• Oversee the onboarding process and rollout to thousands of engineers.

• Utilize analytical and technical program management skills to assist customer executives and teams, especially concerning value realization and tracking.

• Establish centers of excellence within accounts and empower them using customized enablement programs.

• Design and construct operating and delivery models for agentic AI.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and functional leaders.

• Integrate with selected strategic accounts from initial strategy development through program management and execution.

• Lead the initiative on how large enterprises can derive value from AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering.

• Internship or full-time work experience in software engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience at a top three strategy consulting firm.

• Strong expertise in value targeting and realization.

• Background in technology strategy.

• Proven success in building and nurturing client relationships.

• Capability to excel in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally quickly.

• Preferred experience in startup customer-facing roles, ideally 2+ years.

• Advantageous experience with complex enterprise teams, including sourcing and managing account growth.

• Background as a software engineer, sales engineer, technical account manager, or similar technical position is advantageous.

• Experience in founding a startup or working in an early-stage high-growth startup is advantageous.

• Ability to perform in high-intensity environments.
