This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive Applied AI architectures that encompass predictive ML, MLOps, generative AI, LLM applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation, all tailored to meet client goals and limitations.
• Convert unclear business needs into detailed solution designs, technical specifications, implementation strategies, and quantifiable success metrics.
• Provide guidance and actively engage in the creation of prototypes, proofs of concept, and full-scale implementations.
• Guarantee high-quality outcomes, seamless integrations, and a smooth transition to dependable production operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and roadmap planning discussions.
• Assess AI prospects and suggest appropriate technology solutions.
• Mitigate risks associated with intricate technical choices.
• Ensure that production AI systems effectively address security, observability, evaluation, governance, cost-efficiency, monitoring, retraining, and ongoing support.
• More than 8 years of experience in designing, developing, or delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud, Software, Machine Learning, or AI solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing or leading AI, machine learning, MLOps, or data-heavy solutions in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of Applied AI and contemporary machine learning systems, including predictive ML, MLOps, generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• Practical experience with production AI/ML systems, focusing on evaluation, observability, security, governance, and operational support.
• Familiarity with modern cloud, data, and AI environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, dbt, Anthropic, OpenAI, or comparable frameworks.
• Proficient in programming and software development, ideally in Python.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Capability to translate business and technical needs into architectures, solution designs, and actionable implementation strategies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (not strictly required, as noted under “Education - If desired”).
