This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Engage directly with customers to analyze tickets, workflows, and DD sessions in order to pinpoint operational challenges.
• Recognize high-impact opportunities where AI enhances customer experiences, focusing on substantial benefits rather than trends.
• Deliver functional prototypes rather than presentations; our pace is measured in days, not quarters.
• Establish success metrics that are connected to customer value and hold yourself accountable to these standards.
• Collaborate directly with LLMs, APIs, and product code. While engineering expertise isn't mandatory, comfort with a codebase is essential.
• Rapidly create and test prototypes utilizing AI tools, product code, APIs, and internal processes.
• Make difficult decisions regarding project scope, rejecting 80% of ideas to ensure the remaining 20% is successfully implemented.
• Validate outcomes and continuously enhance workflows to ensure that solutions are sustainable.
• You have successfully deployed AI-driven features for actual users, beyond just internal tools or demonstrations.
• You approach decisions with a mindset of trade-offs rather than adhering strictly to best practices.
• You work swiftly—uncomfortably so. You would prefer to release something that’s not perfect on Tuesday rather than a polished version next month.
• You can comprehend code, query databases, and effectively prompt an LLM with accuracy, using these skills as everyday tools rather than mere party tricks.
• You possess a strong inclination towards taking action and do not allow issues to remain unresolved for extended periods.
• You value firsthand experience, diving deep into customer interactions, tickets, and workflows instead of depending solely on consensus.
• You validate and deliver value promptly.
• Competitive salary
• Remote work options
