This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and deliver AI-Driven Products
• Create, build, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and agent-based systems in a production environment
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation → production → iteration across both backend and frontend
• Construct scalable and maintainable systems that address genuine customer needs
• Design & Operate Generative AI Systems
• Formulate prompt strategies, manage context (RAG, memory), and develop agent workflows
• Integrate and enhance functionality across leading LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source)
• Persistently enhance system quality, reliability, and performance
• Utilize AI-First Development Processes
• Employ AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to expedite the development process
• Validate, test, and seamlessly incorporate AI-generated code into production systems
• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI-first engineering
• Ensure Quality, Reliability & Performance
• Lead the testing strategy, encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Establish and execute evaluation frameworks for AI outputs (quality, consistency, failure modes)
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize for latency, cost, and scalability
• Assume complete responsibility for system reliability and production stability
• Collaborate & Execute in Dynamic Environments
• Convert ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver meaningful features
• Work effectively with distributed and offshore engineering teams
• Advance AI & Product Features (Desirable Contributions)
• Develop sophisticated agent systems (planning, orchestration, parallel execution)
• Implement frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar when appropriate
• Investigate fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and benchmarking methods
• Contribute to creating intuitive, user-friendly AI-driven experiences and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in developing AI-powered applications (AI agents or AI-assisted coding) and deploying LLM-powered applications or agents in a production setting
• Experience with major LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source)
• Proficiency in prompt design, context management (RAG, memory, tool utilization), and multi-step/agentic workflows
• Capability to transition products from concept to production and iteration across backend and frontend systems, including experience throughout the entire engineering lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, including the ability to safely incorporate AI-generated code into production (validation, CI/CD)
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance (latency, cost), and developing maintainable systems
• Skill in defining evaluation strategies for AI outputs (quality, consistency, failure modes) and familiarity with AI-driven testing and reliability practices
