Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop AI solutions for company research, document analysis, meeting summaries, and reporting.

• Integrate AI technologies with internal systems, CRM platforms, and company data.

• Automate repetitive tasks and assess enhancements in efficiency and accuracy.

• Validate AI outputs, implement necessary human review, and safeguard confidential information.

• Maintain existing solutions and document procedural workflows.

• Provide training to team members.

• Guide shortlisted interviewers through personally developed work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of software development or automation experience, including a minimum of 1 year in building AI applications.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience with APIs and SQL.

• Practical experience in developing AI applications using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.

• Background in integrating AI applications with business systems.

• Experience in validating AI outputs.

• Familiarity with document processing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Availability during US business hours.

• Experience in financial services is a plus.

• Submission of a résumé and a link to a personally created AI solution via GitHub, portfolio, or recorded demonstration is required.

• A project example is necessary, detailing the problem addressed, personal contributions, and outcomes.

• Capability to provide accessible links for review.

• Ability to complete a brief practical assessment if selected for further consideration.
